Terms and Conditions
Last updated October 24, 2026
These terms apply when you use Monogram MD. By creating an account or buying a lifetime license, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Monogram MD lets you build and publish a digital business card, a personal card and a CV, and share them by link, QR code and contact file.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
- You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.
- One account per person, and one card per account.
Price and payment
- Building your card is free. Publishing it costs a one-time payment of $4.99 USD plus any applicable tax.
- “Lifetime” means for as long as Monogram MD operates. There is no subscription and no renewal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests can be sent to us within 14 days of purchase.
- If we ever shut down, we'll give at least 60 days' notice so you can download your CV and contact file.
Your content
You own what you put on your card and CV. You give us permission to store, display and format it only to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it's accurate.
Professional and medical disclaimers
- Monogram MD does not verify licenses, board certifications, credentials or affiliations. Each user is responsible for what their card says.
- Cards are informational only and are not medical advice. Nothing on a card creates a doctor–patient relationship.
- Monogram MD is not intended for protected health information. Don't put patient information on your card or CV.
- You're responsible for following the professional, advertising and privacy rules that apply to you, including medical board and employer policies.
Acceptable use
Don't use Monogram MD to:
- impersonate someone or misrepresent credentials;
- post unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content;
- link to malware or phishing, or send spam;
- break, overload, or try to get around the security of the service.
We may unpublish or remove cards that break these rules. For serious or repeated violations, we may do so without a refund.
